Integrated Library Management Systems Open Source Software

Previously, I did not recommend a library to use Open Source Software(OSS) due to unknown reason. Might be a preception that "free no quality". Now, I realize the advantages of the OSS beside cost. To begin with, I discovered slides on comparison made between various type of OSS for library management systems.
